Description

This spell conjures a bolt of moonlight the color of Marabah at full and sends it towards the caster's chosen victim. While the light can be parried by some magical weapons, it cannot be blocked entirely by a shield. The damage from this spell can be increased by the phases of the moon. The damage bonus corresponds to the spell point regeneration bonus players get from the current moon phases.
