slit 'throat' [<target>]
Description
While wielding a hook, dagger or slashing weapon, a knave may slit an opponent's throat when they are nearly dead. The chance to succeed is strongly informed by the difference in levels, whether the knave is sneaking or hiding, and whether the victim is around or below 9% total health.
A knave who has hoisted the black flag is an even more dangerous opponent, and can slit the throat of a healthier victim. Opponents without heads obviously cannot be threatened with a slit throat.
