cast 'freeze fluid' <victim> <drink container>
Description
This spell flash-freezes a drink container in mid-air, turning it into an icy ballistic that explodes into a spray of frost shards on impact. The damage dealt is correlated to the fluid capacity; the victim's resistance to water is taken into account if the fluid in the container is water.
