Synopsis
lay cover
Description
Laying down suppressing fire is a well-known tactic useful for distracting opponents during battle. It requires little skill, or much of anything beyond 20 rounds of ammunition. Shots are fired wildly into the air all at once, prioritizing surprise over accuracy or damage. All opponents being fought will become imbalanced for a few seconds, as well as being thrown off and affecting their agility.
There is a small (26 - each opponent's luck, respectively)%) chance that the rounds sprayed randomly will actually hit someone; if this occurs, they will absorb all of the rounds shot and take significant damage, but the rest of their formation will remain both unharmed and undistracted.
