Description
How magic-users are able to interact with magic is not well understood, nor is the epistemological question of what magic is even is. There are ways, also not well understood, for a magic user's connection to the magical forces they harness to become disjuncted and confused, so that whatever causes them to leverage magic, which slowly regenerates over time, no longer regenerates- at least temporarily.
