Rangers are masters of their domains, able to survive severe hardship through their knowledge of the natural world. Their honed intuition and breadth of knowledge have reduced potentially fatal scenarios to trivial matters, dispatched by reflex alone.
There are many aspects to survivorship, chief among them the ability to shrug off environmental problems, to the point that they take no damage from room affects. In addition, survivorship prevents either their mount or themselves from slipping in icy rooms. When cast, any water already swallowed will be pumped out, at least temporarily relieving the effects of drowning.
