Synopsis
cast xenophobia <victim> <race>
Description
This spell can trick a victim into believing xenophobic views about a given race that exists in Alyria. While under the affects of this xenophobic rage, the victim will take additional damage from the race that they hate so much.
The caster can specify a race when casting the spell, or leave it up to chance by not making clear which race the victim is supposed to hate. Races playable by Adventurers may not be chosen.
