Description
Across Alyria, mysterious altars have begun appearing, each housing powerful artifacts known as Curios and guarded by oddly shaped mimics. These mimics offer adventurers a conduit to the power of their Curios in exchange for curious coins. Some mimics are hungrier and more powerful than others, with some demanding even stranger costs and having locations yet to be discovered. It is rumored that the Commissioner of Sin may be behind the scattering of dusty curious coins throughout the lands, but nobody truly knows. Many adventurers have taken to collecting the coins, others spending them as quickly as they can find them. Each altar presents a set of options that can be activated using the CURIO LIST and CURIO BUY commands. While only one option per altar can be activated at a time, all altars can be activated simultaneously. You can view your available altars and Curios via the CURIO command and check your curious coin count using the SCORE TOKENS command.
