Description
This spell summons a stormful of fish to rain down upon a victim. The startled fish can be expected to deal some damage to that victim, while others will simply flop around on the ground, available to be picked up. A chance few might slide directly into the mouth of the startled victim, feeding them in one of the most unusual ways possible.
