Synopsis
cast curse <victim>
Description
This spell reduces the target's saving vs. spell modifier and armor resistance. It will also render a character unclean in the eyes of the Powers, and make unable to use recall to escape from combat. Curses cannot be placed on objects.
While the effect will wear off in time, the curse can also be stripped away with magic.
The 'curse' spell does not stack with the 'cursed fog' affect, and will replace it if the victim is already affected by 'cursed fog'.
