Description
The symphonic swells and overwhelming sensations of the infamous tone poem require the assistance of a full orchestra to perform correctly, but when an entire formation's worth of bards contribute, this song is unmatched in its power. Every member of the enemy formation who is present and hears the song will be mesmerized by the tune, and have their sight disrupted by the hypnotic beat. The efficacy of the song corresponds to 15 * (the number of participants assisting) (doubled if every member of the formation participates).
